Is the selected star real?+
Yes. Every registration is linked to the RA and DEC coordinates of a real star in an astronomical catalogue. The personal name is a symbolic StarZade registration.
How are digital products delivered?+
After the order is completed, the documents become available in your dashboard and can also be sent by email.
Can the personal star page be changed later?+
Yes. The welcome text, main image, gallery, video and message settings are managed from the dashboard.
Is this a scientific or governmental registry?+
No. Official astronomical naming is standardised by scientific bodies. StarZade provides a personal and symbolic gift registration.
