General These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the StarZade website, customer account, ordering system, personal star pages, StarZade Finder and other related digital services. The StarZade service StarZade provides personalized digital products and services associated with a selected star. Depending on the product purchased, these may include personalized star information, a digital certificate, a personal page, astronomical information and other digital features. Any personalized name assigned to a star through StarZade is symbolic and personal within the StarZade platform. The service does not constitute official astronomical naming, scientific registration by an astronomical authority, or ownership of a star. 3. Order information You are responsible for ensuring that names, dates, messages, recipient details and other personalization information submitted with your order are accurate. Once a personalized digital product has been created, certain information may no longer be editable or may require an additional service. 4. Prices and payments Current prices are displayed on the StarZade website during the ordering process. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. StarZade may not directly store your payment card details. Applicable currency, taxes and other payment information may be displayed during checkout. 5. Delivery of digital products Digital products are prepared and made available after successful payment confirmation and receipt of the required information. Some orders may require additional processing time for technical or security reasons. 6. User accounts You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you should contact StarZade support promptly. 7. Prohibited use You may not use StarZade for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, interference with systems or other abusive purposes. 8. Intellectual property The StarZade name, logo, designs, software, text, graphics and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated, personalized products supplied to customers are intended for personal use. 9. Refunds Refund requests are handled in accordance with our separately published Refund Policy. 10. Service availability StarZade does not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security requirements or third-party services. 11. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, StarZade will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law. 12. Changes to these Terms These Terms may be updated from time to time.
